We provide multiple options for submitting your registration form. You have the flexibility to either drop off your physical registration form in person at our school, conveniently located at Longfords, St. John’s, Antigua. Alternatively, for your added convenience, you can choose to fill out the online form or email it to us at [email protected].
It’s important to note that a non-refundable $100 registration fee will be required upon approval of your application.
Enrollment Checklist
A copy of the child’s passport is required for registration. This document serves as proof of identity and nationality, ensuring accurate records are maintained for each student.
The school requires an up-to-date immunization record for each student. This document verifies that the child has received the necessary vaccinations to protect against various communicable diseases, promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.
The registration form is a comprehensive document that collects essential information about the student, such as personal details, emergency contacts, previous educational background, and any specific medical or learning needs. It is vital for accurately enrolling the child and ensuring their educational journey is tailored appropriately.
A passport-sized photograph of the child is needed for identification purposes. This photo will be used for student records, identification cards, and other administrative purposes throughout their enrollment at the school.
Those students who do not have an Antiguan passport must request a letter from the school stating that they have been accepted to St.Nicholas Primary.
This letter should be submitted to the Ministry of Education, and then to Immigration Department.
Tuition & Fees
All Prices are displayed in EC
Fees are due on or before the first day of each term. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to exclude any pupil if full payment is not received. Fees should be transferred electronically directly into the ECAB St. Nicholas Primary School account #214 57735. Please ensure your child’s name and grade are noted on the deposit note and submit one of the deposit receipts to the office for our records.
A term’s notice must be given in writing if your child will not be returning. Failing this, a term’s fee will be due.
