Library
We encourage a true love of books and reading within the school and show this by maintaining a library of a high standard. All grades have weekly access to the library where books can be borrowed and enjoyed. We are delighted that we have managed to return to this and students are enjoying being able to take a book of their choice.

Reading helps kids build a wide base of background knowledge, which is especially helpful once they start school.
Birthdays
Children celebrating their birthday may bring cupcakes, doughnuts or nut-free cookies (+ napkins) to share with the class only. These should be brought at drop-off time in the morning.
Please arrange with the class teacher ahead of time. Teachers are happy to distribute party invitations once the whole class is invited, otherwise they must be distributed off the school premises. No party bags or juice bags of any sort are permitted for distribution.
